Material Selection

Materials are aligned to design requirements and conditions to enhance performance and longevity. Choose from hundreds of polymers, durometers, and additive packages.

Step 04

Prototype Development

A prototype is engineered to enable assessment and tuning of product design and functionality. Iteration is fast thanks to our large in-house tooling library.

Step 05

Testing & Validation

Full testing confirms prototype performance to functionality, safety and durability standards. We validate fit, seal, flex, temperature resistance, and more.

Step 06

Production & Delivery

Approved prototype production is followed by final product delivery to the customer’s schedule. We also store and maintain your tooling for future repeat orders.
